Philosophy

We believe children learn through play by exploring and investigating a variety of materials and participating in a combination of self initiated and planned experiences. We aim to give children the skills necessary for effective learning now and in later years.

 

We strive to develop a sense of trust and partnership between all children, staff and families, regardless of culture, gender, age or abilities.

 

We value and respect all communication – between and from children, families, staff and management whilst ensuring confidentiality.

 

To provide support, assistance and information to parents on early childhood development whenever requested and ensure parent are actively informed of, and welcomed to participate in, centre activities.

 

We strive for professional caring staff who are encouraged and supported in continuous professional development.
