Philosophy

Sandgate Kids Early Education Brighton Road aims to provide the highest level of Early Childhood  Education and Care for your child in a warm nurturing and safe environment. The Educators create a feeling of acceptance and a sense of belonging. We provide an environment which enables each child to feel safe and secure.

The Centre provides educationally appropriate and stimulating programs to assist the development of the whole child, their Physical, social emotional, cognitive and creative development. The Centre provides  Indoor and outdoor experiences with large and small groups situations. These experiences  cater for each child individual development and will reflect the current interest of the whole group or an individual child. Sandgate Childcare recognises the value that play has on a child’s development.

Our program reflects  the full appreciation  of a  multicultural society and will enhance the child’s awareness and respect of  cultural differences and similarities.

Sandgate Kids Early Education Brighton Road endeavours to bridge the gap between home and the Centre;  where parents and Educators work together, in partnership to develop the whole child .

Educators are committed to ongoing Professional Development in the Child Care field, and attend in-service training  throughout  the year.

Educators support workplace policies, standards and practices that are fair, non-discriminatory and are in the best interest of  children and families.

Families  are welcomed into the Centre regardless  of culture, religious and family beliefs;  furthermore  our Educators are sensitive and respectful  to these practices.
